All orders are shipped within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class. If there’s a holiday coming up we’ll share shipping deadlines and post out as soon as possible to make sure your order arrives on time.

We get excited by fancy packaging as much as everybody else but this comes at a cost - usually factored into the price of the product - and we believe that it’s better to keep our prices down and our packaging simple.

We use plain, sometimes hand-stamped brown paper bags and include a recycled and recyclable hand-written ‘Thank You’ card.

Shipping is free for orders over £50 - no code needed.

Measurements for each product are available in the product listings but if you have any more sizing questions please email hello@meresoeur.com

We try to find the largest size range possible, this will vary garment to garment.

You can return any items for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order provided its unused and unworn.

Simply email hello@meresoeur.com with your order number and we’ll send over return details. A refund will be issued as soon as the return parcel is received.

Unfortunately, as a small business it’s not possible for us to offer free return shipping at this time.
